If you have a constant reminder of your objective, you will subconsciously get rid of any excuses for yourself. At most times the excuses will not even come up. Try this if you feel like you are not in the zone. Write yourself a about your current objective. If you take this to the next level your procrastination will significantly decrease and your objective will be faster reached with no distractions.

Make it fun. Doing fun things is what we like, we love doing enjoyable things. We love being entertained because is enjoyable. We love our hobbies because they are enjoyable. If you feel that your objective is getting a bit boring. "Change The Plan", and recharge. Instead of making weight loss boring and dull, spice it up. Lose Body Fat Before Ripped Abs

The secret to having ripped absis not by buying expensive equipment or like stated above supplements. The real secret for your abdominals to show is by having a body fat percentage of 10-13 percent. This is the trick. And lowering your body fat is a science not really a secret.

Metabolism is the main factor of fat loss. There's a difference between fat loss and weight loss and lets get it straightened out. Losing weight is usually temporary and many times very costly if not controlled right. Athletes like boxers cut alot of weight by declining any kind of water input into their bodies before the weight-in of a fight. They usually put on a sweat suit(plastic clothing) jump in a sauna and train for hours. Sounds healthy? that's what I thought.

They lose up to 20 pounds in one day if they have to. If you want to lose weight fast try this method, I don't recommend it though. This is weight loss. Calories are a phenomenon, is what keeps us alive during the unthinkable, long term starvations (up to 3 months, amazing). Calories are the fuel our body will store for future energy use. Calories is the energy that keeps us moving day in and day out. Our bodies are incredible at storing this such element, the only problem is that if not carefully watched it may stay on our hips for a while.

When food goes through its digestion process, our calories will turn into an element called Glucose. Glucose is what is really stored. This is simply fuel for energy, if not burned off by our own body(metabolism) it will store in a reservoir tank(fat) and it will stay there. Understanding metabolism is so important because it gives you full control of your health.

The best method of increasing your metabolism is by eating the right foods at the right time.
Did you know that if you eat enough of any one healthy food can still make you fat? That is because like I described above anything will be stored as glucose for later energy use and needs to be burned off.

The right foods consist of fibrous vegetables, complex carbohydrates (yams, oatmeal, potatoes etc.) and lean meats (keep away from red meat if possible.) poultry and fish. There are alot of fine delicious recipes online, do your homework.

Meal timing is crucial, when to eat and how much? Eat every 3-4 hours for improved metabolism. It takes the body about 2-3 hours to digest a healthy meal. The reason for this interval is because digestion.

Digestion is the body's highest use of metabolism in our body's normal functions. We burn calories with natural functions such as breathing, the heart working, vision etc. Is a constant process. This is why having a high metabolism by controlling your digestion will allow you to burn fat even when you sleep. Now we are getting somewhere.

I recommend for you to look into TDEE(Total Daily Energy Expenditure) to get a bigger picture of your exact daily caloric needs. This is done by calculations of body fat, height, age ect. Stay well below your calorie needs daily by exercising and following your planned meal and you are well on your way to ripped abs.

Developing ripped abs is not easy, but with good habits you will get there.
